HO models of the fourteen vintage streamlined PCC streetcars that initiated "F Line" service in September 1995. The F-line operation began along Market Street from the Castro district to the East Bay Terminal. The line became extremely popular, gaining as many native riders as tourists. On March 4, 2000, the line was extended to Fisherman's Wharf via the beautifully renovated Embarcadero. The "F Line" historic streetcar line is currently the most successful vintage rail line, with 20,000+ riders per day. Our model features: New injection molded plastic body, window glass, dummy roof poles, operating headlight, DCC Ready with 8 pin plug, accurate painting and decorating. Decoder Information Special Decoder for the Bowser PCC manufactured by Trains Control Systems (TCS) The M4T currently available from Custom Traxx $39.95 Each plus $6.00 shipping. CA residents add 9.75% sales tax. Custom Traxx has collaborated with Train Control Systems for a special run of decoders for the Bowser San Francisco F-line streetcar. This modified four function decoder features realistic brake light operation when the car is slowing down or stopped. Function 3 will activate the brake lights effect. Pressing the Function 6 button will initiate a complete controlled stop of the car and the brake lights will stay illuminated as long as the car is stopped. Pressing the Function 6 button a second time returns the car to the original speed. This is a plug in decoder.
